Some matters regarding forum

Hi
Firstly i would like to extent my gratitude to those who put in effort into this Forum especially Jun Kai. Well Done!
Next, can i suggest that we use proper User Name rather than using of your own nickname? This is for better identification in times of abuse to this forum. For example, if you are from Batch 36 and your index number is 005/36, your user should be: 005/36_(Name).
In addition, i would also like to strongly request that any outsiders who are not once a member of SJI NPCC Unit SHOULD NOT be included in this Forum. Are you able to manage this?
Lastly, anything confidential like passwords should remain as confidential as it is.

In addition to the previous post, can we also limit the number of Moderators n Admins, preferably CIs and HO and a few NCOs?
